• <br /> December 15, 2021 <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> The City Council recessed at 7:47 p.m. for a 40-minute Executive Session. <br /> President Stonecipher reconvened the meeting at 8:28 p.m. and called for a time <br /> extension of the executive session not to exceed 10 minutes with no action to <br /> follow. <br /> The meeting was reconvened at 8:39 p.m. <br /> City Attorney Hall requested Council authorize the Mayor to sign a settlement <br /> agreement relating the Workers' Compensation claim of a former employee who <br /> was involved in a rollover accident while driving a vactor truck. <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Bader, to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the settlement agreement with Mr. Guluarte in the <br /> amount of$300,000. <br /> • <br /> Discussion took place regarding the previous announcement that no action would <br /> follow the executive session. <br /> City Attorney Hall suggested the postponement of action until next week. <br /> Council Members Moore and Bader withdrew the motion. <br /> The City Council meeting was adjourned at 8:46 p.m. <br /> City Clerk <br /> Read and approved as printed. <br /> C ncil President <br /> • <br /> 12 <br />
