EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3859-21 <br /> An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled "Forest Park Swim Center Capital <br /> Improvements Project", Fund 354, Program 048,as established by Ordinance No. 3479-16,and <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 3531-17 <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The Parks special improvement project"Forest Park Swim Center Capital Improvements Project", <br /> Fund 354, Program 048,was established to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> B. The purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished. <br /> C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br /> received. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That the project entitled "Forest Park Swim Center Capital Improvements Project", Fund 354, <br /> Program 048, be closed. <br /> Section 2. That the final revenues and expenses for the "Forest Park Swim Center Capital Improvements <br /> Project", Fund 354, Program 048, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> Fund 162—CIP-1 $400,000.00 <br /> Total $400,000.00 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Construction $399,999.58 <br /> Transfers Out $ 0.42 <br /> Total $400,000.00 <br /> Section 3. That the remaining balance of$0.42 be transferred to CIP 1 <br />
