The sum of$255,335.81 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 055, "Forest Park Swim Center Improvements Project" as follows: C. Estimated Project Costs Construction $255,335.81 Total Estimated Costs $255,335.81 D. Source of Funds Fund 162—CIP-1 $243,481.49 Renewable Energy Incentive $ 11,854.32 Total Estimated Funds $255,335.81 This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re-appropriation. Section 2. That the special construction fund, Fund 354, Program 055, "Forest Park Swim Center Improvements Project"to be closed. Section 3. That the final revenues and expenses for"Forest Park Swim Center Improvements Project", Fund 354, Program 055, are as follows: REVENUES Fund 162—CIP-1 $243,481.49 Renewable Energy Incentive $ 11,854.32 Total $255,335.81 EXPENSES Construction $250,000.00 Transfers Out $ 5,335.81 Total $255,335.81 Section 4. That the remaining balance of$5,335.81 be transferred to CIP-1 Section 5. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to,the correction of scrivener's/clerical errors, references, ordinance numbering,section/subsection numbers, and any internal references. Section 6. The City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph,sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it would have passed all portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination of any such portion as E 2021 ORDINANCE: Forest Park Swim Center Improvements Page 2 of 3
