Rush Fee Surcharges: <br /> a.Test results requested in less than 10 business days will be subject to a per test unit price surcharge of 50%. <br /> b.Test results requested in less than 5 business days will be subject to a per test unit price surcharge of 100%. <br /> c. Expedited proctor tests incur a unit price surcharge of 100%if requested 3 days or less from date of sample <br /> delivery. <br /> 2.A 20%surcharge will be added to test unit prices for environmental or hazardous samples. Please inform the lab of <br /> suspected or known contaminants and the specific boring or samples with such contaminants. <br /> 3. Unit prices for triaxial tests are quoted per point unless otherwise noted. <br /> 4.Test unit prices for tube samples are based on a standard sample size, in most cases a 2.8"diameter tube. Other <br /> sizes can be accommodated but may require special handling and equipment charges(sample preparation surcharge <br /> for time and extra equipment charged directly to the project). <br /> ............... <br />
