Please clarify if the signs crossed out in red on page 1 of the plans indicates that these signs would be removed. <br /> 2. For sign#2 and sign#8, please submit a site plan showing the property lines and call out the setback of the <br /> freestanding signs from the property line. Per EMC 19.36.040, monument signs must be setback a minimum of <br /> 5'from the lot line abutting the street ROW. <br /> 3. For sign#2, please clarify what exactly would be illuminated.
