• <br /> GENERAL DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY <br /> 1. Designation. ETHEL C. GENIESSE (the "Principal") designates DOUGLAS J. <br /> GENIESSE as attorney-in-fact for the Principal. If DOUGLAS J. GENIESSE is unable to act <br /> or to continue to act, DEVIN J. GENIESSE shall act as attorney-in-fact hereunder. <br /> 2. Effectiveness; Duration.
