Provide construction drawings and/or details for the construction of the guard showing compliance <br /> with section R312 IRC for height,opening size and attachment to the deck.Show diameter and length <br /> of all lag bolts. <br /> 3. Show how the 4x4 guard post located on the south side of the structure closest to the house is <br /> attached to the deck structure. <br /> 4. The"Plan View"shows 2 beams with leaders pointing to them but no description given.Please clarify. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessaryto provide the Building Division <br /> with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a <br /> response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC),2015 International Residential Code(IRC), <br /> and/orthe 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code(WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only.
