If <br /> not,what else will be required. <br /> • The unpermitted attic spaces, including the bathroom,were created in the early 70's and fully finished, including <br /> electrical, insulation, sheetrock,and heating.To address the code issues we have completed the electrical <br /> system verification and corrected all electrical hazards and circuit issues. In the attic bathroom,we are <br /> proposing to relocate the toilet to provide adequate front clearance per code,verify the existing plumbing <br /> meets code and is vented properly, and also install adequate exhaust ventilation. Beyond these items, are there <br /> any other items that you think would be necessary to satisfy the code violation?
