Records indicate that the structure has been altered without required permits and approvals and has been <br /> determined to be an Unlawful Structure as defined by Code and by a Hearings Examiner. <br /> 2. The Attic, Basement, and Garage have been ordered by Hearings Examiner to have been vacated by January 6, <br /> 2019,this has not occurred. Hearing Order CE18-0844 <br /> 3. Permits and all work to abate Code violations and deficiencies was to have been completed by January 6, 2019, <br /> this has not occurred. Hearing Order CE18-0844 <br /> 4. Today I observed numerous electrical hazards throughout the building including but not limited to: exposed <br /> unprotected wiring, open electrical splices, unsupported and improperly supported electrical wiring,damaged <br /> and missing electrical fixtures, missing panel cover, missing GFCI receptacles, etc. The electrical system within <br /> this structure is defined as Unsafe by code definition. IPMC 108.1.2 <br /> 5. Loose and missing guardrails were observed at the main exterior entry, basement steps and back patio area. <br /> These deficiencies present hazards to the occupants and are defined as Unsafe conditions. IPMC 304.10 and <br /> 304.12 <br /> 6. The attic rooms appear to be occupied, including by children and animals. <br /> 7.
