The subject parcel is <br /> located within a portion of Section 23, Township 28N, Range 4E,W.M. The purpose of this site <br /> investigation was to evaluate jurisdictional wetlands and streams, on and in the vicinity of the <br /> subject site. Access to this site is from the east via 19th Place W. The site is relatively flat, with a <br /> gentle west aspect that steepens at the western property boundary as the ground slope's to a <br /> managed stormwater pond located just off-site. This property contains one single-family <br /> residence with associated infrastructure and landscaping. The western portion of the subject <br /> property is composed of primarily native plant species, including a large Douglas fir in the <br /> southwestern property corner. The northern, southern, and western boundaries are demarcated <br /> by a six-foot tall, solid board fence. <br /> REVIEW OF EXISTING INFORMATION <br /> Prior to conducting the site investigation, public resource information was reviewed to gather <br /> background information on the subject property and the surrounding area in regards to <br /> wetlands, streams, and other critical areas. These sources included the USFWS National <br /> Wetlands Inventory (NA/VI), USDA/NRCS Web Soil Survey, Snohomish County SnoScape <br /> interactive mapping tool, WDFW SalmonScape mapping tool, WDFW Priority Habitat and <br /> Species (PHS) Interactive Map, the DNR Forest Practices Application Mapping Tool (DNR- <br /> FPAMT), and the City of Everett Critical Areas Map. <br /> • The National Wetlands Inventory displays a riverine feature flowing through the western <br /> portion of the property extending offsite to the northwest and southeast. <br /> • NRCS maps soils in the vicinity of the subject property as Alderwood-Urban land <br /> complex, 2-8% slopes. <br /> • Snohomish County SnoScape displays a Type Np stream feature flowing through the <br /> southwestern portion of the. <br /> Wetland Resources,Inc. 1 i 5 Gray— 19th P1 W <br /> August 2,2017 WRI#17212 <br />
