The permit is denied for intake because plans were not provided. Please submit a site plan per the <br /> attached residential construction checklist and floor plans so staff can review your proposal. Please note that my <br /> comments only pertain to zoning related items,and other departments may require additional information to be <br /> submitted. <br /> The description notes that living space is proposed in the basement that would include a kitchen and bathroom. I will <br /> need floor plans to verify,but if you are proposing a full kitchen,full bathroom, living room,and somewhere to sleep in <br /> the basement, it will be considered and Accessory Dwelling Unit. The attached application needs to be completed and <br /> submitted with your building permit application. Please note that either the ADU or main residence is required to be <br /> owner occupied and a covenant to verify this must be recorded at the county prior to permit issuance. Also,one <br /> additional parking space is required for the ADU (2 for the single-family residence and 1 for the ADU). The parking stall <br /> for the ADU cannot be stacked with the parking for the single-family residence. The fee for the ADU is$560.00. Please <br /> submit a check with your application. School impact fees are also required if you are proposing a 2-bedroom ADU (see <br /> attached). <br /> When you resubmit the plans, please drop them off at the Permit Services building(3200 Cedar Street, 2nd floor) per the <br /> re-submittal process described here: https://everettwa.gov/169/Permit-Services <br /> 11 <br />
