I have attempted to reach you by phone a couple of times
with no success. I can only assume that you are quite busy in the field and have not had an opportunity to return
my call. Perhaps communication via email will be better than phone or an in person meeting.
I am of the understanding that Maverick has submitted the drawing plans you have requested but I am unsure as
to what our next steps are. Are there more issues we need to address before the stop work order can be lifted? If
more needs to be done on our end, just what is it we need to provide.
I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to rehabilitation of a residence and am attempting to wrap my mind
around just what we did wrong and how we fix it so as to not have the same problems if we sometime in the
future decide to by another rehab building.
If you would find it easier to meet with me in person to educate me on the processes that we either missed or
where unaware of, I am available most anytime except for Wednesdays. Please let me know how to proceed.
Thank you,
Jim Hoagland
360-320-5973
1
