Keep City streets clean at all times.No dirt,mud,rocks,or debris to be tracked onto roadway. Repair or replace any broken or damaged <br /> sidewalk at the direction of the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 8. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. <br /> 9. Install approved backwater valve in the building sanitary sewer system if necessary to comply with UPC 710.1. <br /> 10.Side sewer service shall conform to standard plans 601,602&604. <br /> 11. A Landscaping Inspection is required prior to final permit approval by the Public Works Inspector. Please contact the Planning <br /> Department to schedule your landscaping inspection as noted on the approved plans. <br /> 12.
