Operations and Maintenance Summary <br /> The party responsible for the maintenance and operations of the on-site stormwater system <br /> includes any owner of the land or proposed dwelling units. This manual is required to be retained <br /> on or within reasonable access to the site, and is required to be transferred to any new property <br /> owner along with the property. A log of maintenance activity must be kept and made available <br /> for inspection by the City upon request. The log must indicate what 0 &M actions were taken. <br />
