This excludes the stairs at the main egress door, which we will permit to prevent a safety <br /> issue. If we don't cloud the title, I guess the only other thing we can do is somehow flag the house in our <br /> system for future reference. <br /> Terri &Sabrina - I've copied you in case you have a thought on this. The short summary is I've reviewed a <br /> residential project with non-permitted editions. The current owner, who probably didn't do the additions, <br /> wants to modify the house, but permitting the editions appears to be a show-stopper for them. We checked <br /> on whether the title could be clouded so that this can won't kick down the road forever, but that is a no-go <br /> with legal. It would be nice to preserve this knowledge in a visible way so that someone doesn't slip an <br /> application past us in the future. <br /> I. 11.-\ <br />
