The permit is to convert an illegal duplex <br /> back to a single family residence. My question is regarding the plan for the lower level. They are going to reveal the <br /> existing interior stairs so that there is interior access between the two floors, but there will also still be exterior access to <br /> the lower level. Would we consider the lower level attached accessory space(in this case they would be over the <br /> allowable),or can we look at this as we would a walkout basement? They are removing the kitchen and proposing a wet <br /> bar with a bar sink.
