I see that Sheet 1 of 6
includes height information on it but since I don't have the corresponding up-to-date site plan (with the revisions you're
mentioning) I don't have a way to verify the calcs encompass everything. I will be in the office for another hour—if you
can email me the 11x17 pdf of the site plan within that time I will print 2 copies and hopefully be able to finish up/sign
off for Planning. If not, please submit 2 copies of the site plan per the intake/resubmittal instructions linked in my
signature as"website &online resources."
Thanks,
Kelsey Heyd
I. Permit#CW1907-001
Dear Kelsey,
Jason Nguyen forwarded your letter to me regarding the corrections requested for his site plan. Those corrections are
already done to the site plan and the elevations and dimensions put on the elevation page of the architectural plans. The
revision date on the site plan is 8-27-2019 and the revision date on the elevations, 1 of 6, is 2-21-2020. (there is a chance
that I may have forgotten to up date the revision date, but the work is done per the request in the plan review letter:
Specifically,on the site plan, the smallest rectangle is encompassing the front and side porch and the mid points are
used to determine the average grade. The average grade and max. allowed height is included on the elevation page 1 of
6.The parking has been shifted to abut to the alley, labeled as concrete, dimensions noted, and the impervious
calculations have been adjusted and noted.
1
