a <br /> RESOLUTION # 6179 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing <br /> Human Needs Priorities for 2010 Grant Funding <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Human Needs Advisory Committee is to determine <br /> annually the human needs in the City of Everett, to prioritize those needs, and to allocate moneys <br /> to most benefit those needs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Advisory Committee has determined that the following <br /> list of human needs will be funded in 2010 to qualified programs inside the City of Everett: <br /> 1. YOUTH <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Substance Abuse <br /> e) Pregnancy Prevention <br /> 0 Abuse/Neglect <br /> g) Delinquency Prevention <br /> 2. ELDERLY • <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 3. PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Employment Support <br /> e) Abuse/Neglect <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Committee recommends proposed programs be reviewed <br /> according to whether they meet the following criteria: <br />
