Randy tells me they did have active permits for Road work and to build and finish a Construction Yard — BUT they were already conduction business from the unfinished yard — with business equipment and stock on site. The Stop Work required the Business Operations cease and all business equipment and stock be removed. This resulted in a new code case CE22-0186. Speaking w Randy today — he said there concerns have now been abated and only work under active permits is continuing. Code has only had this and a 2020 case in our history and there have been (3) W records going back a few years. I have not research the W's but perhaps they can be closed and the Restriction lifted from Trakit. For now, I am just planning on closing this Code Case. Best, Don INSP—DETAILS
