Title 16 (building & construction) ❑ Other <br />1, Design and construction standards and specifications. <br />Title 16 (clearing, grubbing, grading, excavation) <br />Title 19 (zoning, steep slopes) <br />Title 20 (environmental) <br />Title 46 (traffic) <br />The following work shall be stopped until the above defects/violations are resolved to the satisfaction of <br />the Director of Public Works or his designee: <br />- WARNING The failure to stop work or the resumption of work without permission of the Director of Public <br />Works or his designee, or the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of this order, or the <br />'failure to take and/or complete any required corrective actions shall constitute a violation of <br />,ordinance no. 894-82 (as it is or is hearafter amended) which is punishable by a maximum fine of <br />$500 and/or imprisonment for six months.
