• KUKHOTSKIY DUPLEX Upstream Analysis • From surrounding topography, it appears that runoff entering the site primarily sheet flows from lawn areas to the north and northeast onto the site. There appears to be no erosion due to these flows. • Downstream Analysis A downstream analysis was provided by Nathan Thompson of Western Engineers & Surveyors Inc., on July 27th, 2020. The weather was clear with a temperature around 80 degrees. Runoff from the site generally sheet flows in a southwesterly direction across the site and onto adjacent parcels to the south as well as into a drainage ditch on the west side • of the property. All sheet flows are intercepted by the drainage ditch on the east side of Rosewood Ave. The drainage ditch directs the flow in a southerly direction along the east side of Rosewood Ave. The runoff then flows into a catch basin on the corner of Rosewood Ave and Holly Drive. The catch basin the routes the runoff in a southeasterly direction into a catch basin on the north side of Holly Drive. The runoff then flows • subsurface to a catch basin on the south side of Holly Drive. The flow then continues in a northeasterly direction along the south side of Holly Drive for approximately 250 feet until it is routed to an underground detention system beneath the north side of Holly Drive. The detention system gathers runoff from various areas and then pipes the runoff into Swamp Creek below Holly drive. As this is the closest receiving water; no further • downstream analysis is required.
