This property lies within Mukilteo Water <br /> and Wastewater District's sewer service area boundary and City of Everett's water service area <br /> boundary. <br /> There is an existing 6" sewer stub installed on the sanitary sewer mainline that is currently connected <br /> to/being utilized by the SFR(to be demolished). The side sewer will need to be capped to prevent <br /> any foreign debris from entering the sewer system during demolition/construction. A Side Sewer <br /> Capping Permit and Inspection Permit will need to be purchased from the District. Three individual <br /> side sewer laterals could be run from the mainline in Rosewood Ave. to the property or a Sanitary <br /> Sewer Manhole (MH)could be placed on the end of the 6"side sewer stub, with four individual lines <br /> run to your proposed construction. The three stub option would require a Developer Extension <br /> Agreement (DE) with the District. The MH option would require a Common Side Sewer Release and <br /> Hold Harmless Agreement. <br /> A Pre-Application Form, completed and submitted,with a current title report showing ownership of <br /> the property is the first step of the DE process. Two Developer Extension Agreement <br /> Books/Applications will need to be completed and submitted along with a developer deposit. Service <br /> will be provided upon the completion of the water and sewer improvements and Transfer of <br /> Ownership in accordance with the terms of the DE agreement or execution of the Common Side <br /> Sewer Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. <br /> Upon Project completion make application for water and sewer permits and make payment at the <br /> District office.
