We are aware of the two parcels having different ownership. For now, if you guys can just finish up the reviews,that would be great.Then,we can figure out if we want to keep the two parcels and associated drainage flow paths or whether we might need to remove this parcel and come up with slightly different options on the drainage design. Also, hoping maybe the council makes a determination on the potential zoning code changes at hand and then we can look at those changes too (if actually passes)to see how that may affect future plans for the properties.
