• • Hello Tawnya - I am the owner's construction manager on this project and received the good news from our architect that the project permit has been approved and ready for payment. I did review the detailed amount due and am taken back on a traffic mitigation fee of$17,600. This is the first we have heard of this cost and was not identified in any discussion or correspondence we had with the City in our preapplication meeting, design review,or even at permit intake. Can you please help us understand how this number was derived and why its applicable to this project? Thank you.
