Exhibit "A" <br /> Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, <br /> Payment, Notices, and Representatives <br /> I. Scope of Service <br /> A. Activities/Project Description <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the Emergency Housing and Hotel Vouchers <br /> program in a manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a <br /> condition of providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under <br /> the Community Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The Emergency Housing and Hotel Vouchers will serve 25 Household by providing two weeks of <br /> hotel vouchers and/or 3 months of rent assistance. <br /> General Administration <br /> [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> This grant award will assist with basic needs for victims of domestic violence impacted by COVID-19. The grant will <br /> provide 424 hotel nights @ $110 a night @ two weeks x two families over the course of 7 months and rent assistance <br /> for 4 families @ $1,500 a month x three months. This grant will also add 50% FTE shelter relief staff for 6 months to <br /> help with trauma informed support services; cleaning of the shelter; and administrative support.The total <br /> low/moderate income homeless survivors of domestic violence and their children assisted 96. <br /> B. National Objectives <br /> The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br /> 2020 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> Appropriate Subcategory and Matrix Code under the National Objective: <br /> Limited Clientele; 05G, Services for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual <br /> assault or stalking 24 CFR 570.201(e) or 42 USC 5305(a)(8) + 24 CFR 570.482(c)(2) <br /> Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: DVSSC serves low income survivors of domestic <br /> violence (DV) who are experiencing immediate homelessness as they flee their abuser for safety. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and performance standards <br /> required herein through quarterly reports and site visits.
