Human Needs funds run consistent with the City's fiscal year, January — <br />December. Award recommendations are established annually through a public hearing held by <br />the Citizen Advisory Committee and enacted through City Council action in the form of a <br />Resolution. <br />City Council adopted priority needs for 2022 Human Needs funds under Resolution 7705 in <br />October, 2021. Human service agencies applied for funding under the priority needs identified. <br />The Citizen Advisory Committee held a public hearing on December 14, 2021 to review <br />applications and provide funding recommendations for City Council action. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt resolution for 2022 Human Needs Fund Recommendations. <br />
