11. Amendment or Modification. This Agreement may not be modified except <br /> by a written agreement duly executed by the parties. <br /> 12. Headings for Convenience. The section and subsection headings used in <br /> this Agreement are for convenience only, and shall not be used to interpret the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 13. Effective Date; Duration. This Agreement becomes effective immediately <br /> upon execution by both parties and remains in effect until terminated as provided <br /> in section 12. <br /> 14. Termination.
