EGEI4- <br /> WASHINGTON WASHINGTON ` 2 9 DEC 2021 c <br /> WASHINGTON STATE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION .„ Michas( 0 <br /> Maverick �P <br /> SUBRECIPIENT GRANT AGREEMENT sr �c• CON1 <br /> F yr srgr a� FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANT �a <br /> Agreement No. MLE 123-115 <br /> This Agreement is between the State of Washington, Washington State Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission (WSPRC) acting by and through its Marine Law Enforcement Program ("MLE or <br /> "Recipient") and Everett Police Department ("Subrecipient"), each a "Party" and, together, the <br /> "Parties". <br /> SECTION 1: AUTHORITY <br /> Per 2 Code of Federal Regulations 200 (2CFR200), WSPRC has determined this to be a <br /> "Subrecipient" relationship under 2 CFR 200.330. This subrecipient agreement is authorized by <br /> 2 CFR 200 and 50 CFR 80. MLE is authorized to provide grants for recreational boating <br /> enforcement and education activities and has sufficient grant funds available within its current <br /> biennial budget and has authorized expenditure on the Subrecipient's Project as defined below, <br /> and the Subrecipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR 200, MLE rules and other MLE adopted policies <br /> and procedures, and this Subrecipient Grant Agreement. <br /> SECTION 2: PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the obligations of both Parties in the awarding of <br /> funds for recreational boating enforcement and education and to set forth the deliverables under <br /> the Federal Financial Assistance Grant, hereinafter called the "Project." <br /> SECTION 3: COURTESY INFORMATION & REMINDER <br /> Very important information is located throughout this document. The onus is on the Subrecipient <br /> to read the entire document which may include Attachments, Exhibits, or other information <br /> incorporated by reference. <br /> Experience has shown that the following information seems to have the most interest for the <br /> Subrecipient.
