Everett Career Link: Exploration, Mentorship and Internship <br />Model Development: November - January Work with District liaison to <br />provide support in the development of a sustainable recruitment and support <br />model for business and community (can be retiree for community partners only) <br />partners in the Everett Career Link Exploration and Mentorship programs <br />including: <br />• Align community and business partners for Everett School District's six career <br />pathways with an emphasis of business from the City of Everett and Mill <br />Creek community, but not limited to these regions <br />• Co -develop an employer support plan for managing ECL Summer programs <br />(Exploration, Mentorship and Internship) in collaboration with the District CTE <br />Director. <br />• Co -develop a comprehensive communication plan with a generalized timeline to <br />build sustainable relationships. <br />• Co -develop and the initial training and communication of expectations to recruited <br />partners for all ECL programs. <br />Employer Recruitment: December — March Recruitment for each program will <br />consist of 60 professional connections from the business and community partners for <br />Everett School District's six career pathways with a minimum of three partners from <br />each pathway and sub -category within the pathway. The 6o business partners can <br />support multiple programs based on the commitments listed below. <br />• Career Link: Exploration Course - 20 commitments from business or community <br />
