H. A state environmental policy act analysis was conducted on the updated PROS Plan and <br />a SEPA (22-002) determination was issued on February 1, 2022. <br />I. The Board of Park Commissioners recommended City Council approval of the updated <br />PROS Plan at its December 7, 2021 meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT THAT: <br />1) The City Council hereby adopts the 2022 Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for reference. <br />2) The Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan shall be known as the PROS Plan. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER INTRODUCING RESOLUTION <br />PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF <br />BRENDA STONECIPHER, <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT <br />RESOLUTION Page 2 of 2 <br />
