This project requires bidders performing work to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid <br /> Meeting. Each bidder interested in submitting a bid for the work shall attend at least <br /> one of the scheduled pre-bid meetings. Each bidder must sign the sign-in sheet. <br /> C. Bids received from bidders who did not attend at least(1)one pre-bid meeting and. <br /> ' sign the sign-in sheet will be rejected. <br /> 1.02 Date <br /> A. Meeting 1 - October 25,2021 <br /> B. Meeting 2 - November 1,2021 <br /> ' 1.03 Location <br /> A. The meeting place will be at the Rotary Park Boat Launch,which is located at 3505 <br /> Lowell Snohomish River Rd. Review required documents to be submitted with the Bid Form <br /> ' C. Bid Due Date <br /> D. Review Scope of Work including criteria for each discipline <br /> E. Review Addendums to date <br /> ' F. Review bid documents, instructions to bidders etc. <br /> G. Receive questions,comments from bidders <br /> H. Contractors free to inspect the construction site <br /> 1.06 Addendum <br /> ' A. The walk thru sign-in sheet for each walk thru shall be released as Addendum 1. <br /> B. Additional questions received during the walk thru shall be noted and answered in <br /> an Addendum. <br /> ' C. All other questions or interpretations must be in writing and received by the city no <br /> later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid opening date.
