This project requires bidders performing work to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid <br /> Meeting. Each bidder interested in submitting a bid for the work shall attend at least <br /> one of the scheduled pre-bid meetings. Each bidder must sign the sign-in sheet. <br /> C. Review Addendums to date <br /> ' F. Review bid documents, instructions to bidders etc. <br /> G. Receive questions,comments from bidders <br /> H. Contractors free to inspect the construction site <br /> 1.06 Addendum <br /> ' A. The walk thru sign-in sheet for each walk thru shall be released as Addendum 1. <br /> B. Additional questions received during the walk thru shall be noted and answered in <br /> an Addendum. <br /> ' C. All other questions or interpretations must be in writing and received by the city no <br /> later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid opening date.
