This letter serves as your Notice of Award for the Base Bid for a total of$419,650.00 plus WSST. ' Attached are two original sets of the contract forms for your signature. Please sign and return both sets to me within 10 days from the date you receive them for review and signature by the City. One executed original will be returned to you for your records. You will also need to furnish a performance bond, a payment bond, evidence of insurance, WA Dept. of L&I Statements of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages, and ' a copy of your City of Everett Business License in conformance with the contract requirements. Once the contract, performance bond, payment bond, insurance documents, Statements of Intent, and business license number have been received and your contract approved and signed by the City, we will be ' prepared to schedule the pre-construction conference and issue Notice to Proceed. Once the Notice to Proceed has been issued construction may proceed. ' We have also included a Retainage Bond form which you can elect to use. Thanks for your interest in our project.
