If you wish to prevent this permit from expiring without documentation of <br /> completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request inspections of work that has occurred,to document. �ntinuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request finai inspecrions of the work that is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a wririen request for a 180 day extension,detailing justifiable cause for <br /> extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br /> for microfilming without final approval.
