The site is located at 1020 North Park Drive in Everett,Washington,
as shown on the Vicinity Map in Figure 1. Our services were completed in general accordance with the
proposal signed by you on June 7,2016.
INTRODUCTION
The site is currently occupied by a single-family residence with a daylight basement within the central
portion of the property. The ground surface within the southwestern and central portion of the property
slopes gently to moderately to the northwest to the top of a steep northeast-facing ravine bluff slope. We
understand that you plan to construct a new addition to the daylight basement area along the northern
portion of the residence. The new addition would be generally located within a concrete patio area
underlying an existing elevated deck and be setback approximately 25- to 30-feet back from the existing
steep ravine slope. We also understand that you propose to extend the existing upper level deck further to
the northeast along the northeastern portion of the residence. The ground surface within this area is
generally located within a sloping area that descends from the level of the upper floor to the elevation of
the basement floor. For our use in preparing this report, we have been provided with a preliminary site
plan sheets titled"Schematic Design,"dated June 2,2016,prepared by Flatrock Productions, showing the
