Please refer to the site plan sheet A1.0. <br /> 1. The site plan does not appear to match the aerial image, particularly the driveway. Please <br /> clarify. <br /> • Made the correction per the areal map provided please refer to sheet A1.0 <br /> 2. Per the short plat conditions of approval,4 on-site parking spaces are required for the single- <br /> family residence (2 in the garage and 2 outside of the garage). For the adult family home,the <br /> code requires 1 parking spaces for each 4 beds. Please show the number of beds on the floor <br /> plans for the adult family home portion and show on the site plan how the parking requirements <br /> will be met. The parking stalls for the adult family home cannot be stacked with the required <br /> spaces for the single-family residence. <br /> • Indicated 4 parking spaces on the site plan please refer to Sheet A1.0 <br /> • Per your request I have showed the beds in the each bedroom and noted on the plans <br /> the total beds in each rooms. Please refer to 8.5x11 floor plan&sheet A1.0 for <br /> parking. <br /> Note:the maximum driveway width within the front yard setback area (front 20-feet of the <br /> property) is 30-feet. In the aerial image, it appears that the existing driveway may exceed this, <br /> but it's difficult to tell without dimensions. <br /> • Yes, I have provided the dimensions for the driveway and modified existing conditions <br /> to meat City's requirement of 30ft max. Please refer to Sheet A1.0 <br /> 3. Please show the utility easement on the site plan (see attached short plat map). <br /> • Please refer to Sheet A1.0 <br /> 4.
