18. During construction and in an effort to maintain public communications,the City shall coordinate with the Port's Public Communications Director, Catherine Soper, on all public communications associated with the Pipeline project. 19. All haul road material imported by the City must be removed from the Port Property prior to the expiration of the Term of this Agreement. 20. The Port may implement dust monitoring equipment to verify that there is no fugitive dust leaving the limits of the work area, in excess of the Washington State's Ambient Air Quality Standards,which define a 24-average concentration of 150 micrograms per cubic meter of air(150 ug/m3) for PM-10 (WAC 173-476-100). If the measured levels of dust (PM-10)are found to exceed 150 ug/m3,the Work will stop until the dust levels are eliminated or fall below 150 ug/m3. Exhibit E 112558540.10 0073013-00041
