We recommend that SGP be allowed to <br /> review this report and update it as needed when a more detailed project plan has been <br /> developed. In this way, we can confirm that our earthwork and foundation recommendations <br /> have been properly interpreted and implemented in the design. This review is not included in <br /> our current scope of work and budget. <br /> We are.also available to provide geotechnical monitoring services during construction. The <br /> integrity of the foundation and shoring systems depends on proper site preparation and <br /> construction procedures. In addition, geotechnical decisions may have to be made in the field. <br /> Construction monitoring services are not part of this current scope of work.
