This comment has not been addressed. The original comment stated that a minimum <br /> 36-inch landing should be provided at the base of the exterior stairs. The landing is not <br /> shown on Sheet A2.0, A4.0, or Detail 2/A5.2. The landing should be specified. The <br /> minimum width should equal the stair width. See Section R311.7.6 <br /> RESPONSE: <br /> On Sheet A2.0, A4.0 a conc. landing has been shown at base of exterior stairs, minimum <br /> width equals the stair width. <br /> Detail 2, Sheet A5.2 cone Landing has been added. <br /> Note added on A2.1 CABLE RAILING SYSTEM BY OTHERS- Deferred Submital.
