Undeveloped Pervious Area 106,294 sf w/playfield 2.44 Ac <br /> 29,882 sf=0.69 Ac development area. <br /> The 0.69 ac development area is forested with moderate slopes within Church Grounds located at the <br /> southeast corner of the site that includes a ball field. <br /> The proposed walkway and statuary area in the undeveloped area of 0.69 Ac. <br /> The proposed statuary and walkway 0.17 Ac of none-pollution generating surface will not remove any <br /> trees for their placement.The proposed sidewalk is considered none-effective impervious surface based <br /> on BMP T5.18. <br /> All disturbed areas will have a minimum 10"Topsoil per BMP T5.13: Post-Construction Soil Quality and <br /> Depth to maintain the park like environment of the statuary complex.The sidewalk area will slope into <br /> the Forested interior to disperse runoff to the natural ground onsite per BMP T5.18: Reverse Slope <br /> Sidewalks.The sidewalk was modeled as grass to determine the pre and post-developed flow rate.The <br /> WWHM12 Analysis indicated less than 0.15 cfs increase in the 100-year storm event.
