The project plans as follow: <br /> Construction will be performed in two phases: <br /> a. Phase 1: Construction of Mary Statue and two side Plaques, following with the construction of <br /> the ADA ramp and stairs from both parking lots. <br /> b. Phase 2: Do to our budget, the walkway and stations of cross will be done last and will not start <br /> until sufficient budget collected from the donors. <br /> Note that all the works will be performed well inside the church property and NOT in Public Right-of- <br /> Way. There is a dedicated circuit outlet with its own Circuit Breaker line available near at the garden <br /> which will be extended for Low Voltage Transformer (300W) to power the low voltage spot lights. <br /> Certified Electrician parishioner will be a volunteer to hook up the extension. See attached Electrical <br /> Permit Application regarding request for Electrical Plan Review waiver. <br /> Details are in the attachments for your review: <br /> 1. Front, side, and back elevation of Mary Statue, Plaques, and Station of Cross (Pages 5 — 8) <br /> d. Structural Analysis Report for the Mary Statue/Plagues/and Stations of Cross <br /> construction had PE stamped approved by Paul Nathan Crocker (Pages 9-27) <br /> We are waiting for the Work Permit Application approval to proceed with construction.
