Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at https://pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections.Flyers are provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. 6.City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense.This work to be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department.Work shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. 7.As-builts of storm,sanitary sewer,and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 8.A Drainage Easement is required for this project.The easement documentation must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 9.A performance guarantee in the amount of 120%of the construction costs for all public improvements is required and shall be submitted prior to permit issuance.Release of the performance guarantee is upon inspection of the completed improvements and trade in for the below mentioned 1- year warranty. 10. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 11.A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 12.A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector.Schedule the existing Planning Landscape inspection under"My Active Inspections"in your dashboard on the Online Permitting Portal. 13.This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 22-Site Final within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests when all items have been completed for this permit.
