Request final approval inspection. <br /> • A recorded 1-year Public Improvement warranty bond must be submitted to our office. <br /> • As-Built drawings must be submitted to our office. <br /> • Public Works site final is required; however,the above items must be completed prior to <br /> receiving final approval. <br /> • Once the Public Works permit PW179-033 has final approval,the Building permit B1709-037 <br /> can be finaled and Certificate of Occupancy may be issued. <br /> If there is no action within 30 days of the date of this letter,the permit(s) records will be closed <br /> without final approval.
