Installation of <br /> snow stops along this portion of the building was not included in the initial contracted scope of work <br /> because this section of gutters was not determined to be vulnerable based on previous snow events. . <br /> It was not until the December 2021 snow event that the need for snow stops in this section was <br /> identified.
