A total of three distinct cracks approximately 1/2 inch wide
were observed along the footing/slab that is exposed just above the exterior grade. No obvious
cracking was observed on the exterior siding of the building. We also observed that the roof
downspouts for the building appear to discharge water directly onto the exterior grade
adjacent to the building foundations. Photos of the distresses observed during our site visit are
shown below.
dy'  W1 5i ,t i v T i
1
tiit
ti r
-e.
an.w.
19
'i' , ,
jam. =' o' '' ...PA,;"-,.- L •
f 'S ,- 1% , .4 .,. .
.fie ,.
'. .- A'r _;
1' 4,tc i 'r a Ktt''' a ! 1 Z , i; , s
Photo 1: Southeast corner of building; facing north. Water from leaking drain pipe inside the
kitchen has reportedly flowed over the slab and exited at the bottom of the wood framing.
Slight erosion observed near the bottom of the crack.
October 26,2021 ASSOCIATED EARTH SCIENCES,INC.- -
Bo/Id-20210370E001-002 , Page Z'
