S9. REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORTS <br /> Permittees required to conduct water quality sampling in accordance with Special <br /> Conditions S7, and/or G12 (Additional Monitoring) must submit the results to Ecology. <br /> Permittees must submit the monthly DMR by the 15th day of the following month. <br /> Permittees must submit monitoring data using Ecology's WQWebDMR program. <br /> B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. Wastewater Sampling Frequency <br /> a. The Permittee must sample both the influent and effluent discharge location <br /> at the frequencies listed in Condition S7.A, S7.B and S7.C. <br /> b. Samples must be representative of the flow and characteristics of the <br /> discharge. <br /> c. Sampling is not required outside of normal working hours or during unsafe <br /> conditions. <br /> 2. Wastewater Sampling Locations <br /> Influent and effluent sampling locations must be representative. Permittees <br /> may use the compliance monitoring locations in their individual NPDES permit, <br /> prior to entry into waters of the state. <br /> 3. Wastewater Sampling Documentation <br /> For each sample taken, the Permittee must record and retain the following <br /> information: <br /> a. Sample date and time <br /> b. Sample location <br /> c. Method of sampling, and method of sample preservation, if applicable <br /> d. Individual who performed the sampling <br /> 4. Where wastewater monitoring requirements under this Permit mirror <br /> requirements in a Permittee's individual permit, the same result may be applied <br /> to both permits. <br /> 5. Additional Monitoring by the Permittee <br /> If the Permittee monitors any pollutant more frequently than required by this <br /> permit using test procedures specified by Condition S7, the Permittee must <br /> include the results of the extra monitoring in the calculation and reporting of the <br /> data submitted in the Permittee's DMR. <br /> Puget Sound Nutrient General Permit Page 43 <br />
