ARTICLE 14- CALL BACK PAY <br /> Bargaining unit employees are subject to being called back to work for an emergency. Employees called <br /> back for emergencies shall be paid in accordance with Article 13 for a minimum of three(3)hours plus <br /> actual hours worked excluding travel time. <br /> For the purposes of this Article only,the word "emergency" shall be defined to mean those incidents <br /> which arise without advance notice which endanger life and property where supplemental off-duty <br /> personnel are required by the employer. <br /> 18 <br />
