ARTICLE 18 - COURT TIME <br /> The City shall grant leave with pay to any member of the bargaining unit for the period of time such <br /> member is to appear before a court,judge,justice,magistrate, or coroner as a plaintiff, defendant, or <br /> witness due to the performance of his/her duties as an employee. Any off-duty member so required to <br /> appear shall receive a minimum of two(2)hours pay at the overtime rate or the actual time involved at <br /> the overtime rate,whichever is greater. <br /> Any off-duty member required to communicate over the phone or video conference shall receive a <br /> minimum of 30 minutes pay at OT rate or the actual time involved in the call/video, whichever is greater, <br /> must provide 3id party documentation. <br /> 25 <br />
