ARTICLE 39 -DURATION <br /> This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of January 2022 and shall remain in full force and <br /> effect through the last day of December 2022 . <br /> With respect to articles of this Agreement, any such article may be opened for negotiations if mutually <br /> agreed by both parties. If agreement is not reached within thirty(30)days, said article shall remain in full <br /> force as originally written. <br /> The parties recognize that Ch.41.56 RCW may impose additional bargaining obligations during the term <br /> of this Agreement.
