4. Regular inspections for problem properties. Properties with violations <br /> sufficient to be designated chronic nuisance properties pursuant to the City's <br /> Chronic Nuisance Ordinance (chapter 9.64 EMC) will be placed on a regular <br /> inspection schedule.
