E. Technical Specifications: <br />1. Community participation <br />Community members are to contribute and/or participate in the creation of the art to give <br />the community an outlet to collectively register their experience with COVID-19. <br />2. Accessible for people of varying abilities <br />Final art should be accessible for people of varying abilities. Tactile art, interactive art or <br />audible components are some examples. <br />3. Outdoor placement: Material should be durable and withstand permanent placement in <br />the outdoor elements. <br />F. Installation: <br />1. The work shall be installed in either of two site options: South wall or planter area(s). <br />2. The City or Library shall provide Artist any up-to-date documentation of buried or <br />concealed utilities pertaining to electrical, water, irrigation, gas, and data, or locating <br />services. <br />
